These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of feedd.io and the feedd. email digest service (collectively, the “Service”) operated by feedd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
feedd. aggregates publicly available news articles from RSS feeds across Business, Tech, and Crypto categories. Article summaries displayed on the site and delivered via email are generated programmatically based on publicly available article titles and descriptions. Each summary links to the original source article.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from feedd.io without prior written permission.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Transmit any malicious code, spam, or disruptive content through the Service.
- Reproduce or republish feedd. summaries or content in bulk without attribution.
3. Automated Summaries and Accuracy
Summaries on feedd. are generated programmatically and are intended as a brief overview only. We make no representation or warranty that any summary is complete, accurate, or free from error. Summaries may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or mischaracterisations of the underlying source material.
You should always read the original source article before acting on any information. feedd. summaries do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice of any kind.
4. Intellectual Property
Original article content remains the property of the respective publishers and is accessed under standard RSS feed distribution. feedd. does not claim ownership over third-party source content.
The feedd. name, logo, site design, and summaries are the intellectual property of feedd. You may not reproduce or distribute feedd. branding or summary content without prior written consent.
5. Email Digest Subscription
By subscribing to the feedd. daily digest, you consent to receiving periodic email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every digest email. We will process unsubscribe requests within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Links
The Service contains links to third-party websites and articles. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Clicking a link to an external site is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
