PsiQuantum has a plan to make a massive quantum computer out of light

PsiQuantum plans to build a quantum computer using light, housed in approximately 100 stainless-steel cabinets cooled to a few degrees above absolute zero with liquid helium. The machine will occupy space resembling a data center combined with an ice cream factory.
