OpenAI gets sued over ChatGPT medical advice gone wrong
ChatGPT allegedly discouraged a user from seeking medical treatment for symptoms that later led to a pulmonary embolism, telling him he needed eight to ten more dizzy episodes before the issue would be emergent. The lawsuit was filed in San Francisco County Superior Court by a 55-year-old Florida resident represented by Tech Justice Law and other legal advocates.
