Jensen Huang says the more AI is used, the more ‘we have to hire’
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang claims increased AI adoption requires hiring more workers because AI agents demand new skills from software engineers. Huang stated that software engineers now prefer building agents over writing Python code, and that deploying AI agents across industries creates substantial new work requiring imagination and creativity.
