Coffee drinkers have less fat, more muscle, and surprising hormone differences

Regular coffee consumption was associated with less total and abdominal fat along with greater muscle mass, even among people with similar BMIs. Higher coffee intake correlated with lower levels of amino acids linked to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes risk.
