Amazon canopy bridges enable 15,000 wildlife crossings without a single roadkill

Rope bridges constructed above roads in the Amazon allow wildlife to cross without descending to ground level, resulting in 15,000 documented crossings with no recorded roadkill incidents. Eight bridges were installed to help primates and other canopy-dwelling animals navigate across roads that fragment their forest habitat.
